How to bookご予約の流れ

   運航案内を確認

   料金や出航時刻、乗船の際の注意事項などをよくお読みになり、ご理解の上ご予約ください。

   ご予約

   (1)予約状況を確認し、コース選択からご希望のコースを選ぶ
   (2)参加人数を入力する
   (3)カレンダーから乗船日を選ぶ
   (4)カレンダー下の出航時間を選ぶ
   (5)今すぐ予約を選ぶ(乗船日の前日まで当サイトよりご予約が可能)

3. 3

   予約確定のご連絡

   予約フォームへの入力が完了した時点では「仮予約」です。弊社より予約が完了したことをお伝えするメールが届いた時点で予約確定となります。お申込み日から3日以内に返信がない場合は、お手数おかけ致しますがお電話にてご連絡下さい。

4. 4

   乗船日前日の運航確認

   最少催行人数の5名に満たない場合や、高波や悪天候などの場合に、船が欠航となる場合がございます。
   お手数おかけ致しますが、乗船前日にご確認のお電話をおかけいただきますようお願い申し上げます。
   ご確認の連絡がない場合には、キャンセル扱いとなる可能性がございますのでご注意ください。

   乗船日当日

   当日は発券所(知床ネイチャークルーズ事務所)にて受付を行います。
   出港30分前までに乗船手続きをお済ませください。
   繁忙期は受付が大変混み合いますので、時間に余裕を持って受付していただくようご協力お願い致します。

   Make Your Reservation

   ① Select the desired course from the course selection
   ② Enter the number of people
   ③ Select the desired date from the calendar
   ④ Select the icon of the desired departure time
   ⑤ Select Book Now at the bottom of the page to move to the reservation form.
   (Reservations can be made from this site until the day before the boarding book)

3. 3

   Confirm Your Reservation

   Sending us the form is just a temporary reservation.Your reservation will be confirmed when you receive a reservation confirmation mail from us.

4. 4

   Check If the Cruise Is on Schedule

   Please aware that the cruise may be canceled due to bad weather or in case that the minimum number of passengers needed per cruise is not met. Make sure to contact us the day before boarding to check your cruise schedule. Not that your reservation may be automatically canceled if we don't receive a contact from you.

5. 5

   The Boarding Day

   Please complete your check-in process at least 30 minutes before the departure time at the ticket counter.
